Re roof and replace doors

The garage was leaking through the old roof, through the garage doors and side access door. Roof replaced with an EPDM rubber sheet and edge trimmed, good for 50 years. Side door had rotted in one corner, we cut out the rot, machined new wood and graft the new piece in, primed and painted like new and we replaced the garage doors with electric roller shutters.
